Dynamic hatha yoga starts again 11th January at the Shawfield Day Centre Wednesdays 6.45-8.15pm. Dynamic yoga contains sections of aerobic yoga flows (inspired by Ashtanga yoga) designed to increase heart rate and circulation as well as a stretch and flex and strenghten section. We spend time with breathing patterns and beginning to focus and still the mind and body and finally RELAXATION – time for integrating all the actions of the session into the body, mind and emotions.
